Quilting Agreement

Your quilt is safe with us. Our newly constructed studio is devoted exclusively to our quilting business. It is a clean, secure, and healthy environment.

Our Gammill longarm quilter and Statler computerized stitcher are the best in the industry and are able to perform beautifully time after time. At this time, our services include “edge-to-edge” quilting only. This means the same pattern will extend from one edge of the quilt to the other, from top to bottom. If you prefer quilting that is more customized or complicated, you should contact a shop or a longarmer who specializes in more sophisticated designs.

With that said, we all know that “things” can happen. We will make every effort to produce the exact outcome that you expect, but there may be a time when your expectations and our understanding just do not match. We will always do our best to communicate what we understand as to what you want prior to beginning your project. There are times when a quilt is not square or borders are not pressed flat. In this case, puckers may be created that cannot be “quilted” out.

So, by sending your quilt to Memories…A Longarm Quilting Studio,LLC, you agree to trust that we will do our best and accept our judgment. If you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make things right.

It is, however, our honor to be a part of your quilting “memories” and look forward to quilting your beautiful creations.
